Raj Rajgopal is the Coach of AdmissionGurus. He is one of the nation’s Top College Admissions Coach for IVY League and Highly selective colleges.  Over the last 10 years, he has coached hundreds of students to secure admissions into top Undergraduate, Graduate, and Medical schools.  Raj believes that when it comes to College Admissions no stone should be left unturned and nothing should be left to chance.  By the time it comes to apply for colleges, there is generally not much a student can do to dramatically improve the GPA, test scores, and background.  The only lever that is now available is preparing a stellar admissions package. By having a laser-like focus on the application process, a student can better his admission chances than he would otherwise would. This is his fundamental belief.

 

BASED ON THE SUCCESS of the last 10 years Raj has developed a unique framework that ensured that a student’s admission process is not left to chance.  Every aspect of the admissions process—from understanding yourself, understanding your colleges, to researching your majors, positioning, promoting, and interviewing is managed in a systematic and consistent manner. The goal of the framework is to extract the best qualities of a student and develop a unique and compelling story—a story that should find a place and rivet itself in the minds of the admissions committee.  To get to this point, he works diligently with his students with passion, determination, and a strong belief that everyone has a unique story to tell.  He is simply “Obsessed with your success.”

Raj is a member of Mensa High IQ Society, and is a certified Independent Educational Consultant (IECA).  He is a former College Admissions Interviewer for UPenn (Ivy League) and University of Texas.
